Overview
A leading provider of life insurance, with over $70 billion of coverage in force, hired BCC to review a variety of their overhead costs. Areas of focus included paramedical lab costs, office supplies, printing, wireless phones, payroll services and utilities. With almost no effort on their part, BCC was able to reduce their annual costs by $97,000, before printing changes were implemented. The savings came predominantly from energy ($35,000 reduction), office supplies (25% reduction) and payroll processing (11% reduction).
