Overview
One of the region’s largest chains
of automotive service centers hired BCC to review a variety of their
expenses. While the project revealed that nearly all their
costs were right in line with benchmark numbers, their office supplies
costs jumped out as worthy of greater investigation.
Result
A cost reduction of 45%, adding
$50,000 to their bottom line…with no change of supplier.
BCC also managed the contracting of natural gas for all their facilities,
to protect their budget from market fluctuations and control this
cost.
