Overview
A well known testing services company
was concerned about its rapidly rising telecom and hosting costs
that were being fueled by its business growth. After meeting
with a consultant from BCC, they asked if it was possible to renegotiate
these costs, with one stipulation: they did not want to make
any change in their service providers.
Challenges
BCC took on the challenge.
In just six weeks, a new agreement was negotiated that reduced these
costs by 10%, saving $90,000/year. But BCC’s work didn’t
end there. Through monthly audits of the telecom bills, it
was apparent that not all the price changes had been implemented
on the service provider’s billing system. BCC managed
the entire process to assure that the correct pricing was being
invoiced, and that the client received all the credits they deserved
from the first month that the new prices should have all been billed.
